The AffiSelect Total Protein Extraction Solution is an excellent tool for the initial
purification and preparation of proteins from any tissues or cells. Total protein
isolated by this solution can be used for downstream applications including SDSPAGE,
Western blotting, gel mobility shift assays, protein assays and other
procedures. The AffiSelect Total Protain Extraction Solution is modified RIPA
lysis buffer which contains 6 protease inhibitor cocktails. There is no need to
add protease inhibitor during cell lysis process. |
