Procedure

1. Wash the blot once with Ponceau S Solution.
2. Add fresh Ponceau S Solution and incubate for 5-15 min at RT with agitation.
3. Destain the blot in multiple changes of PBS.
   Alternatively the blot can be destained in 5% acetic acid if destaining is difficult in PBS.
